Designed for people who have a hard time bearing weight on their wrists or have shoulder issues or at the end of an intense arm workout (i.e. since your arms are probably tired and planks would not go too well;) ) If you do this routine 3xs a week (it's only about 20min) you will notice a big difference in your strength within a matter of 4-6 weeks so stick with it! My suggestion is do this with my bands booty and thigh video 3 times a week plus my arm sculpting video 2xs a week. You will LOVE your results!
