An iconic bomber used in World War II is made a special stop in Missoula.
The B-25J bomber used in World War II is one of about 10,000 that were produced.
Also known as the "Mitchell", this plane was in Missoula as part of the "Flying Legends of Victory Tour" put on by the Meza Arizona Air Force Base, as one of 40 stops the plane will make in the summer of 2016.
The Museum of Mountain Flying next to the Missoula Airport hosted the exhibition of the plane.. Museum Director Stan Cohen says seeing the rare plane is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
